Today has not been a good morning. I got no sleep and I am exhausted from working an 70 hour week and moving on top of it. This morning I picked up coffee and as I'm driving through the construction gate at work I have to make a tight turn and CRUNCH I hit the gate. I tore off my door handle. Tore it off! And there is a huge scratch on the rear passenger door. And I can't even do anything about it until Monday.
I'm a moron. I hate the construction at work. This is the second time I've done something to my car and it's not even really my fault. They make it impossible to park and you're always in danger of either being hit or hitting something because you have no room to maneuver. sigh.
I'm tired, mad and just frustrated. I want to go home and hide under the covers but I have to be at work for the next two days. And then I might be broke because who knows if they can fix a broken handle. Maybe they have to replace the whole damn door. sigh.
Somebody make me laugh....please.

Michele has pink eye, and last week she had poison oak. Next week she'll get scurvy, then scabies, then maybe diaper rash or a disease that only baby cats can get.

i have some weird tongue rash right now. it's possible i got it from a cat. more likely i got it from unpotable water though. WHY did i OPEN my mouth when we walked thru the water misting zone at california land?
ah...i just noticed that the word 'picture' is linked to a picture. now i feel more of a fool than sean trying to pull the gate open the wrong way. man, such a dumb move on his part. ah fudge, who am i to scoff.
Posted by: michele on July 15, 2006 02:13 PMoh man, i think you need a whole new door. i'm sorry. that door handle is right off. once i backed into a low pole at half price books when i worked there and had to get a new tire cover for the back of my car. it cost $350. and it's just a cheap piece of plastic. i bought several of them during that period when everyone and their mom decided to rear end me. i should have bought in bulk and gotten a deal.
