So Sunday I read this article in the SF Chronicle. Which claims that Walnut Creek, Walnut Creek mind you, is "the biggest Bay Area pub crawl outside San Francisco" Did I miss something? When did preppy Walnut Creek (aka "the creek") become cool? When did the nothing to do in the east bay suddenly become a place that other city dwellers flock to? I just shake my head in shock and confusion. And yet, am strangely wanting to check this out for myself and see what all the fuss is about. I mean people not ten minutes away from Walnut Creek are driving in for this. Could there possibly be something fun to do in a city near me?! Or is it just a bunch of drunk morons being lazy and getting drunk in a city near them? It's probably the latter but I still want to find out for myself.
On a different note, my bday is coming up and Kristen and Michele are forcing me to do something even though I never have any fun on my bday so I've been thinking and here's what I've come up with. Feel free to email me with your comments of yeas or nays and/or suggestions. AHEM:

- Nice fancy dinner in SF
- Day or Evening at Scandia playing miniature golf, go carts and bumper boats
- Fun at the Ren Faire
- Murder Mystery Dinner game in my honor
- Picnic and outdoor games at Golden Gate Park
